RODE has launched its first on-ear headphone model, the NTH-50, which features a matte black finish and expands the NTH lineup.
The new product is said to be equipped with a 40mm dynamic driver and an effectively positioned resonating chamber. This combination provides rich bass and clean high frequencies with minimal sound distortion at high volume levels. The resonating chamber is also said to provide passive noise isolation of -21 dBA. Additionally, it has a lightweight, adjustable headband to minimize pressure on the user's head and ear cushions filled with memorizing foam.
It is noted that the product is suitable for DJs, as it boasts a highly durable, modular design. The ear pads, headband pad, AUX cable, and USB-C headband cable are all easily removable and replaceable. The kit includes a 1.7-meter twisted cable (3.5 mm), an adapter (3.5 mm to 6.3 mm), a COLOURS ID kit for personalization, and a carrying pouch.
