As part of the merger and optimization of the two companies' infrastructure, accounts are being migrated from the iZotope system to Native Instruments' Native ID system. According to iZotope representatives, transitioning to a single account system will reduce the number of registrations, logins, and password entries for users.
This migration is the next step in the companies' deeper integration following iZotope's acquisition by Native Instruments. Users will retain their accounts, logins, and passwords, and the migration will be seamless.
In the near future, all iZotope product users will receive an informational message with instructions on how to transfer their accounts. To migrate, simply provide the email address registered with iZotope; the system will then automatically transfer all data to the new infrastructure.
Please note that all product licenses and subscriptions will remain valid. However, the transfer will not affect payment information, which must be re-entered. If a user has accounts with both iZotope and Native Instruments, the system will offer to combine them into a single account with all purchased products.
After the transition, users will be able to continue using product keys obtained from various sources. Keys for Product Portal, iLok, and iZotope products will be transferred to the Native ID account, where they can be used for program activation and authorization.
iZotope plans to complete the transition over the next few months. By the end of 2025, all users who have not transferred their accounts to the Native ID system will be transferred automatically. No additional action will be required for the transfer.
iZotope notes that the account login screens in its products will soon be updated to remove any mention of iZotope accounts and replace them with Native ID accounts. After the migration is complete, products may require users to log back into their accounts.
iZotope has assured users that this change will not affect product functionality or availability. The company has also launched a Q&A section on its website explaining the transition process in more detail.
