Heritage Audio introduces the LANG P.LANE 436, an all-tube VariMu compressor based on the vintage ALTEC 436C tube compressor used by the Beatles in the 1960s, but with modern features.
The novelty offers six customization options for the Attack parameter time, six Threshold (DC) levels, five Hold and six Recovery times. It also has an exclusive "SuperFast" mode for modern compression solutions. The Vari-Mu compressor's design is identical to the original model, and it is equipped with three vacuum tubes (NOS 6H5P, JJ E88CC, and NOS 6AL5), as well as proprietary transformers from the manufacturer.
