Focusrite is expanding its RedNet series with the release of the RedNet TNX, a low-latency, 128x128 Dante® audio interface designed for broadcast and immersive solutions.
The product reportedly supports the RedNet Control software, which offers complete management and full I/O visibility of all RedNet devices. Additionally, the new product can be expanded to 256x256 channels with Dante Ready. It has two Thunderbolt 3 ports and two Ethernet ports for connectivity.
The device is compatible with Dante Domain Manager (DDM) and supports AES67 and SMPTE ST 2110 standards. It does not require a PCIe card, making it an effective solution for large-scale recording and post-processing sessions in Dolby Atmos and other multichannel immersive formats.
The Focusrite RedNet TNX will be available for purchase for around $2,200. For more information, check out the official Focusrite website.
