Denon DJ has introduced its SC LIVE 4 controller in a stunning custom white finish. The new product reportedly boasts a four-deck, four-channel system and a built-in Engine DJ operating system. There is also a function that can split stems with a paid subscription and work with software such as Serato DJ (in standalone mode), Virtual DJ, and Algoriddim djay (display not supported). The unit allows mixing from a USB drive, SD card, or Wi-Fi without the need for a laptop and supports streaming from Apple Music, TIDAL, Beatport, and SoundCloud Go+.
Other features include built-in speakers with independent volume control, a full-color touchscreen that displays waveforms from all four channels simultaneously, built-in effects, automatic lighting with Engine Lighting, and an arrangement based on the SC6000 PRIME series and Denon DJ mixers. Switching options include balanced XLR (L-R) outputs, unbalanced RCA (L-R) outputs, a pair of TRS (booth) outputs, a 6.35-mm stereo headphone output, a 3.5-mm stereo headphone output, a TRS microphone input, an XLR/TRS combination microphone input, an RCA (Aux) input, two USB 2.0 ports for USB drives (type A), a USB-B port for PC connection, and an SD card slot for SD, SDHC, and SDXC cards.
The Denon DJ SC LIVE 4 WHITE will be available for around $1,300. For more information about the controller, visit the official Denon DJ website.
