The little-known company Producely has unveiled the Dialr plug-in controller project. The device has its own operating system and uses artificial intelligence algorithms for automatic parameter binding.
According to the description, the Producely Dialr is a compact desktop hardware controller for VST and AU plugins. Its main feature is the presence of artificial intelligence algorithms that automatically bind plugin parameters to the controller's controls.
The presence of these algorithms is said to speed up the initial setup time, allowing users to focus on music and creativity. The specific algorithms used are not specified.
After selecting a plug-in, Dialr's software analyzes the processing and highlights the main functions, displaying the information on its seven-inch display. At the same time, the plug-in parameters are automatically mapped to one of the 12 rotary knobs on the device.
The knobs have different diameters, which, according to the authors' idea, makes it easier to find the knobs without looking at the accessory itself. The goal is to encourage musicians to focus more on the music itself and less on controllers and plugin interfaces.
The controller comes with a large collection of profiles for most plug-ins. Additional profiles can be downloaded from the catalog on the Producely website. The controller can automatically access its own servers to retrieve necessary information.
The creators promise to constantly update the profile set, adding more plugins. The company plans to cover not only the most popular developments in the music industry but also lesser-known effects.
Producely has already opened pre-orders for the device. The controller's recommended pre-order price is €649, and the regular price is €749. Visit the manufacturer's official website for more details about the accessory. It is also worth mentioning that the device was presented to the public at Superbooth25, an annual exhibition held in Berlin. According to Producely Founder and CEO Morten Li - "the first batch has been produced, and the first units are shipping now".

Just to set the record straight: Dialr is a real product — not a mockup, not a concept. We launched it at Superbooth25 in Berlin, where people could try the actual hardware in person. The first batch has been produced and the first units are shipping now.
