Behringer has released the Halos synthesizer in a Eurorack form factor. It is a copy of Mutable Instruments' Rings model.
Like the original product, the new device features three resonator modes: "Modal Resonator," "Sympathetic Strings," and "Non-Linear/Dispersion Strings." It can simulate the sound characteristics of string and membrane instruments. Any type of audio signal can be used with the resonator, including an envelope, trigger pulse, or noise. The module is "pseudopolyphonic" and supports up to four voices, enabling the creation of complex timbres. Additionally, two buttons allow you to select the number of strings or structures (1, 2, or 4) and the synthesis model. There are also controls for Frequency, Structure, Brightness, Damping, and Position, as well as additional control via CV controls and CV inputs.
